Asad Sadikov
Co-Founder · Data & AI Infrastructure
Asad Sadikov is a Co-Founder of HavenLink and the architect of the technology the organization runs on. He designed and built HavenLink’s entire technical foundation — the data infrastructure, the AI and machine learning systems behind agency matching, the cost calculator, the backend services, and the security model that protects sensitive family information — and he continues to lead every engineering decision HavenLink makes. He assembled and maintains the network of licensed agencies that powers the platform, and he directs HavenLink’s relationships with local, state, and national government entities, from city halls and county commissions to the Florida Legislature and committees of the United States Senate. Driven by a deep commitment to children’s equality, Asad turns complex data into decisions that make adoption safer, clearer, and more accessible for every family HavenLink serves.

Aarav Gupta is the Co-Founder of HavenLink, where he shapes the company’s strategic direction, partnerships, family and agency engagement, and legislative outreach while supporting its long-term growth. Working alongside the founding team, he spearheaded product strategy, platform development, and the architecture of HavenLink’s website, helping create technology that strengthens collaboration between families and licensed agencies and expands access to trusted adoption resources.

Joe Borgman builds HavenLink's server systems and data infrastructure. His work focuses on backend reliability, secure handling of sensitive information, and the technical foundation used by families and agencies.
